You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Your order will be processed within 2 business days and received within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address was entered by the customer during the checkout process, Spice It Up is not responsible for reshipping the package to the correct address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct before placing their order.

SPICE IT UP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE.

RETURNS

We are legally unable to accept any opened products back at our facility. If you want to return unopened bottles, simply ship your order back to the following address:

The seasoning must be unopened and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.

To be considered for a refund, Spice It Up must receive the respective item within fourteen (14) days of the item’s purchase date. Refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card / PayPal used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. We do not provide return tracking labels. It is the customer's responsibility to return the package to Spice It Up and provide return tracking information.

Return Process:

Contact our Customer Support team at support@spiceitupseasonings.com to initiate the return process.

Provide the following information:
Order number
Reason for return
Condition of the item
Attach photos if necessary

Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions for return.

If the item meets the criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
